In the event of production errors or wrong deliveries, we will provide the customer with a faultless replacement for the respective product.
The customer's warranty claims expire if the customer does not give written notice to édition gastronomique of the defect or wrong delivery within 14 calendar days after receipt of the goods or their provision for download.
The goods are returned at the customer's responsibility and liability.
